Daniel Napolski, 42, passed away on September 10, 2025, in Traverse City, Michigan. Born on December 7, 1982, in Toledo, Ohio, Dan lived a vibrant life filled with creativity and passion.
A graduate of Southview High School and Hocking College, Dan pursued a career that reflected his passions. He worked as a chef, a role that allowed him to share his love for cooking. Whether cooking meals for friends or working in professional kitchens, he found joy in the creativity and connection that food could bring. Music was another lifelong passion for Dan. He was a talented multi-instrumentalist, he played guitar, bass, drums, and keyboards. Over the years he performed in multiple bands channeling his vibrant spirit into every note. His musical journey was not just about performance-it was an expression of who he was: fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. Dan's personality left a lasting impression on those around him. He is fondly remembered by those who knew him for being charismatic and quick witted. His larger than life personality lit up every room he entered, and his genuine kindness left lasting impressions. Whether through food, music, or conversation, Dan had a remarkable ability to uplift those around him. He embraced life with a free spirit and an open heart-always ready for the next adventure and eager to explore the outdoors he so loved.
Dan is lovingly remembered by his mother, Debbie Stevens; father, Dan Napolski; stepfather, Bob Stevens; sisters, April Lampros and Kelly Amstutz; and nephews, Elijah, Carter, and Christian Amstutz. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Barney and Bernice Napolski and John and Connie Mussery; as well as uncles, Nick Napolski, Tim Napolski, Eddie Napolski, and Dennis Mussery.

Dan's family will receive guests on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 11:00 am until the start of a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Rd, Toledo, Ohio.
