Connie Irene Haley

Connie Irene Haley, a loving and devoted individual, passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on March 12, 1964, in Toledo, Ohio, Connie was well-known for her warm heart, strong spirit, and her unwavering support to those around her. She attended Northview High School, and from an early age, she exemplified the values of family and kindness that would define her life.

Connie will be remembered for her nurturing nature and as someone who always had her door open to help anyone in need. Her family-oriented personality shone brightly throughout her life, and she wore her heart on her sleeve, showing love and compassion to all. She was a steadfast presence, always just a phone call away, ready to offer support or encouragement.

For 29 beautiful years, Connie was married to her husband, Scott, with whom she shared 35 incredible years together. Their bond was characterized by love and mutual care, as Scott often spoiled Connie, allowing her to indulge in the pampering she deserved. Connie embraced life fully and believed in the importance of being kind to others, always willing to give rides—no matter the distance—for those who needed it.

Connie found great pride in her family, particularly in her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Scott, her children Jeffrey Haley, Christopher (Jen) Haley, and Wayne Haley, as well as her grandchildren Skyla Smith, Nylah Smith, Julianna Haley, Christopher Haley, Ari Baer, Tyler Baer, and Breanna Bolden. Connie is also survived by her siblings Carolynn Balduff and Carl Winkelman, along with a host of extended family and friends who admired and respected her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Jacqueline, and her children, Jacque and Skylar. Connie's absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew her, but her loving spirit and remarkable legacy will live on through the memories she created with her beloved family and friends.

A memorial service honoring Connie's life will be held on June 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Toledo, located at 4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623. All who wish to remember and celebrate the life of Connie Irene Haley are warmly invited to attend.
