Colleen M. Grindle

Colleen M. Grindle, age 80, of Perrysburg, OH passed away in her home on June 16th, 2026. She was born December 30, 1945 in Toledo to Charles and June (Birr) Watt. Colleen was a retired school bus driver/aide with Rossford Schools. She enjoyed gardening, baking, fishing, boating, swimming, camping, vacationing, playing cards, and making memories with her family.

In addition to her parents, Colleen was also preceded in death by her loving husband David Grindle Sr and their daughters, Dawn Grindle and Robin Grindle; also her brothers, Charles and James. She is survived by her siblings Connie Westhoven and Matt (Laura) Watt; also her son, David Grindle, Jr.; grandchildren, Megan (Jess) Beasley, Joshua (Elizabeth) Curavo, Shelbilyn Browne, Mackenzie Browne, Melody (Cody) Grindle, Kailee (Michael) Makras and Dezirae’ Price; great-grandchildren, Trinity, Joselynn, Evelyn, Macklin, Samantha, Charlotte, Isabella, Kassandra, Camdin, Kaylin, Waylon-Ray, Knox, Royce, Theo, Tege, Drew, and Carson, also many nieces and nephews.

A visitation to honor Colleen’s life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home in West Sylvania, located at 3655 King Road, Toledo, OH 43617. Her funeral service will follow on the same day at 5:00 PM in the same location, providing an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to pay their respects.
