Clifford B. Proshek

Clifford B. Proshek, age 68, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on July 25, 2026. Clifford was born to Harold and Mildred Proshek, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Samantha Proshek, and his brothers, Larry Proshek and Martin Proshek.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 44 years, Margaret Proshek; children, Michele Proshek, Alexander Proshek, and Sarah (Cory) Proshek; grandchildren, Hunter, Oliver, and Jack; siblings, Debbie (Bob) Haack, Wesley Proshek, Rodney Proshek, and Leland Proshek; sisters-in-law, Brenda L. Proshek and Brenda S. Proshek; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Clifford was a proud graduate of Macomber High School, Class of 1975. In 1982, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and faithfully served his country for two years before receiving an honorable discharge. Following his military service, he began a lengthy career with Chrysler Automotive.

He later continued his mechanical career with the United States Postal Service, where he worked as a mechanic until his retirement. A man who enjoyed life's simple pleasures, Clifford loved riding motorcycles, bowling, and camping with his family. He especially treasured the time spent with those he loved most, creating memories that will be cherished for generations.

Clifford was also a proud member of the American Legion Riders, where he enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow veterans and motorcycle enthusiasts. Known for his dedication to family, strong work ethic, and generous spirit, Clifford touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor and remember Clifford's life.
