Cindy Lynne (Moore) Badawia

Cindy Lynne (Moore) Badawia, born on September 21, 1964, in Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025. She was a beloved member of her community and a pillar of strength for her family and friends.

Cindy dedicated her career to the healthcare sector, where she served as a nurses aid and clinical resource assistant. Her commitment to her work reflected her nurturing spirit, ensuring that those around her received the best care and attention in their times of need. Her professional life was characterized by her unwavering dedication and her ability to connect with others, always demonstrating kindness and compassion.

A woman of strong faith, Cindy loved Jesus deeply and shared her spirituality with those around her. She was an active member of various churches throughout her life, most recently finding a loving community at Soma City Church. Cindy was involved in Bible groups, where she fostered friendships and offered support to others in their spiritual journeys. Her warm personality and genuine heart left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Cindy's legacy of love will continue through her daughter, Sabrina Badawia, and her cherished grandchildren, Aiden Johnson, KJ Hall, and twins Weston and Lydia Hall. She is survived by her devoted mother, Beverly Moore; her sister, Kelly (Scott) Houser; and her brothers, Sean (Ruth) Moore and Jeffrey (Brenda) Moore. Additionally, she leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins who admired her devotion and kindness. Cindy will be remembered not only for her unwavering faith and love but also for the warmth she shared with her family and community. She is preceded in death by her father, Philip Moore, along with her brother, Michael Moore, and sister, Becky Moore, who welcomed her into her home in Heaven.

Visitation will be held on October 8, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 7:00 PM, both taking place at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Toledo, located at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614.

Cindy’s spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her faith, her love for her family, and her commitment to helping others will be profoundly missed.
