Charles Edward Ulch, 83, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026. Born on February 17, 1943, Charles was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, veteran, and friend to many.

He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and carried a deep appreciation for the friendships and experiences he gained throughout his life.

Charles was known as a true people person. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. His kind heart, friendly nature, and gift for storytelling brought joy to those around him.

He especially enjoyed gathering with "the old guys" for breakfast and coffee, where laughter, fellowship, and conversation were always plentiful. Charles found comfort and strength in his faith and faithfully attended Sunday morning services at Pathway Church, where he enjoyed the fellowship of Pastor Linda, Pastor Jim, and his church family.

In his spare time, Charles loved collecting change and spending time with his beloved fur baby, Korky, who was a constant source of companionship and happiness.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Dawn, Jody, and Charles (Tasha); his stepchildren, Tom (Windy), Randy (Marlene), and Robin; his grandchildren, Casey, Cammie, Chelsea, Dalton, Skyler (Keely), Kylie, Tia, Keith, and Candice; numerous great-grandchildren; and 10 step-grandchildren. He will also be fondly remembered by the many friends whose lives he touched through his kindness, warmth, and conversation.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Cindy; his stepdaughters, Crystal and Kim; his grandson, Cory; two sisters; and his wives.

Charles will be remembered for his warm smile, caring spirit, unwavering love for his family, and the friendships he cultivated throughout his life. His legacy of kindness, faith, and genuine connection will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
