Caryl "Bernadine" Blasingim, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 92. She enjoyed being outdoors, relaxing in the hot tub, and sewing. She was a retiree of Chrysler.
Bernadine was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Martha (Jacobs) Conliss; her daughter, Deborah ( John) Rafferty; her brother, Edward Bernard Conliss; and son-in-law, Larry Schmitz. She is survived by her children, Joyce Schmitz, Douglas (Debra) Blasingim, and Jamey (Veronica) Blasingim; 7 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm and on Monday, November 11, 2024 from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service begins at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd, Toledo (419-473-0300). Burial will immediately follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
