Carolyn Frances Everitt

Carolyn Everitt, 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love and memories of those who cherished her. Born on November 24, 1950, to Charles and Dorothy (Smenner) Everitt, Carolyn was a lifelong Toledo area resident and a proud graduate of Woodward High School, Class of 1968.

Carolyn found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was an avid fan of country music and never missed an opportunity to cheer on The Ohio State Buckeyes with a spirited "Go Bucks!" Above all else, Carolyn's favorite role was being "Aunt Carolyn."

 She treasured her family and the special bonds she shared with her nieces, nephews, and generations that followed. Her love, laughter, and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Everitt; her grandparents; her sister, Sandra; infant nephew, Michael Goulet; brother-in-law, Joseph Goulet; and sister-in-law, Elaine Everitt. She is survived by her loving brother, Clifford Everitt; nieces, Andrea Everitt and Stephanie (Richard) Tuttle; nephews, Charles (Heather) Everitt and Jacob Goulet; great-nieces, Josalynn, Brianna, Katlyn, Chelsea, and Emma; great-nephews, Clifford, Amir, Roman, and Kylo; great-great-niece, Leilani; great-great-nephews, Zayden and Elijah; and her lifelong best friends, Lynn and Bev, and remained a treasured blessing throughout Carolyn's life. 

Carolyn's family will forever remember her loving heart, her devotion to family, her enjoyment of country music and Buckeye football, and the countless memories she created as a beloved sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend.
