Carla Ann Boggs

Carla Ann Boggs, born May 10, 1968, to Charles and Arlene Wagner, passed away peacefully, leaving behind cherished memories with her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Carla was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, and friend. She is survived by her mother, Arlene Wagner; her siblings, Lisa (Mark) Otto and Matthew (Lindsey) Wagner; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Ella and Nash Wagner, and Jenna and Mark Tyler (Riley) Otto. She was also a proud great-aunt to Becket and Violet Otto.

Carla met the love of her life, Eugene “Geno” Boggs, at the Grand Canyon. Their meeting began a beautiful journey together. They married and eventually made their home in Ohio, where they built a life filled with love, laughter, and many cherished memories. Carla especially treasured the special vacations she and Geno shared together and the time they spent making memories as a couple.

Carla worked for several years at Kroger, where she became part of the community and formed lasting connections.

Family was at the heart of Carla’s life. She especially loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and watching them grow. Her love, kindness, and the memories she created with them will remain a treasured part of their lives.

Carla was preceded in death by her father, Charles Wagner.

A memorial service celebrating Carla’s life will be held on Thursday, September 10, from 1:00–4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home on Laskey Road.

Carla will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the many lives she touched and in the countless special moments shared with those she loved.
