Brian G. Johnson, age 43, of Toledo, passed away July 17, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. He was born November 17, 1977 in Lima, OH to Gregory and Susan (Walsh) Johnson.
He is survived by his sons, Tate and Drake Johnson; mother, Susan Johnson; father, Greg Johnson; sister, Michelle Link and nephew, Noah Link.
Per Brian's wishes a Private Graveside Service was held.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cherry Street Mission in Brian's memory.
