Brian Fye

Brian D. Fye, 61, of Toledo, passed away on August 10, 2025.

A graduate of Waite High School, Brian went on to build a career as a proud union carpenter, a trade that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication. Though health challenges eventually led to his disability, Brian never lost his sense of humor, his kindness, or the ability to make a friend wherever he went. He had a good heart and will be remembered for the way he cared deeply for those around him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Barbara Fye and Paula Fye.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, John Fye, along with nephews Jeremy, Michael, and Paul Fye, all of Toledo; his sister, Nancy (Victor) Vida of Elkhart, Indiana; nephews Jamie (Dianne) Vida and Joshua (Ruthanne) Vida; and great-nieces and nephews Kylie, Miah, Jaden, Olivia, and Isaac Vida, all of Elkhart.

Brian also leaves behind his faithful companion, his dog Baby, who will remain in the loving care of his family in Elkhart.

Brian will be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, and friend, whose presence brought warmth and laughter to those blessed to know him.
