Billy W. Fell Sr.

Billy W. Fell Sr., a cherished member of his family and community, passed away on July 19, 2025, at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Born on November 4, 1955, in Langdale, Alabama, Billy lived a life marked by both hard work and passion. As a skilled mechanic, he dedicated his career to solving problems and ensuring the smooth operation of vehicles, earning respect and admiration from those fortunate enough to know him professionally.

Billy’s legacy extends far beyond his profession; he was a lifelong member of the Knight Riders Club, a testament to his love for motorcycles. His greatest joy came from the open road, where he found freedom and exhilaration, sharing unforgettable moments with fellow riders.

In his personal life, Billy is remembered fondly by his significant other of eight years, Arveldia "Bussie" Ballard; mothers of his children, Cynthia Fell and Kimberly Fitzpatrick. He is survived by his children, Laticha Davis, Dwayne Fell, and Christina Fell, as well as a growing lineage including many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Billy was also a beloved brother, leaving behind his sister Regina Gainey, and brothers Vincent, Allen, Kenneth, and Keith Fell. He enjoyed strong bonds with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family who carry his spirit forward. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Bill F. Fell Sr. and Gladys Fell; his son, Bill W. Fell Jr.; his brothers, Stanley Burt and Bill F. Fell Jr; and sisters, Gwendolyn Fell and Shirley Ann Fell.

A celebration of Billy's life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to share their stories and remember the remarkable individual he was. His love of life, passion for riding, and dedication to his family will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him. Billy W. Fell Sr. will be deeply missed, yet his legacy will continue to ride on through the many lives he touched.
