Billie Ann Elmer, at the young age of 50, of Toledo, passed away March 18, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Billie was born November 22, 1970 in Toledo to George and Elaine (Childers) Elmer.
Her favorite time of year were the holidays and she treasured the time she spent with her family. Billie's favorite food was spaghetti and her favorite word was "uh huh uh huh".
Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Nellie (Steven) Batch, Andy Lynch, Georgilene Elmer; 7 nieces and nephews.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive guests Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will be private for the family.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Billie's memory.
Billie's family would like to thank all her caregivers for all the years of care they provided.
