Barbara J. Yurkovich

Barbara J. "Barb" Yurkovich, age 63, of Toledo, OH passed away March 24, 2025. She was born in Toledo to John and Julia Yurkovich.

Barb was a graduate of Woodward High School. Later on she attended the Art Institute of Pittsburg to obtain her degree in Photography.

She was an awesome photographer and loved going to the Toledo Metroparks and Toledo Zoo to photograph. She also photographed several weddings through the years along with many family gatherings.

In addition to her parents, Barb was also preceded in death by her brother, John Paul Yurkovich (December 2024) of Las Vegas. She is survived by her sisters, Nancy Yurkovich and Sue Sessoms; sister-in-law, Terri Yurkovich; niece and nephews, Kristin Yurkovich, Rick Yurkovich, Todd (Debbie) Sessoms, Eric (Emily Daily) Sessoms, Brad Sessoms; great-nephews and great-nieces; and many loving cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Owens Community College in July. The details will be shared on Facebook by Nancy.
