Annette M. Miller age 66 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on July 13, 2026. She was born in Toledo on January 21, 1960.

Annette was employed in retail for many years. She is survived by her sister, Jacquelyn Miller and a niece, Tara Powell. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Miller; father, Lawrence Miller and sisters, Sandra and Darlene Miller.
