Anna F. Henderlich, age 90, of Oregon, OH, passed away peacefully Monday, December 18, 2023 at The Gardens of St. Francis. She was born on May 28, 1933 to Joseph and Anna (Sedlar) Hornik in Wood Co., OH. Ann graduated in 1951 from Clay High School. She worked at St. Charles Hospital for over 20 years as an EKG/EEG technician until retiring. Ann was a member of Corpus Christi and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Genoa, Ohio and was strong in her faith. She enjoyed the sun and the beach. Ann liked traveling, baking and sewing. She loved spending time with her family especially all of her grandchildren. Ann's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by those who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Alvin Henderlich; her sister, Josephine Kalisek; and niece, Janet Wiegand. Left to cherish Ann's memory are her loving children from her first husband, Kenneth J. Dartt; Denise (Stephen Koder) Dartt, Dolores (Douglas) Baker, and Kenneth (Laura) Dartt; step-daughter, Mary (Dennis) Henderlich Lee; grandchildren, Alaina, Lindsey, Kenneth, Lindsay, Katherine, Brittany, Eric, Andrea, Stephanie, and Amy; 19 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 204 Main St., Genoa OH 43430 with Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 a.m. in church. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Elmore, OH.
