In Memory Of
Ryan Christopher Nadolny
1984 - 2023

Ryan Christopher Nadolny, known for his larger than life personality, age 38 of Lambertville MI, was born on June 22nd 1984 in Toledo, OH. After battling a brief but intense illness, he departed this world for his eternal zen on June 6th, 2023.
How do you write about the writer? Ryan was an artist and a poet, with an exuberance for creating the beautiful things in life. As someone who’s always been able to put words to the things others couldn’t describe, Ryan turned his talent into a blossoming career. He was a published poet and a dedicated content creator for MediaVine, Food Fanatics. Through his writing, he transformed a 15-year career in fine dining into pieces that made the art of cooking accessible for thousands. As a self-made woodworker, he had a knack for creating masterful pieces, used and loved by so many. His artwork leaves the world a more lovely place than he found it.

His greatest work of art though are his two beautiful daughters, and the relationship he built as a young man with his two stepchildren. Ryan would stop at nothing to make his girls laugh. He took pride in being a father, and his children will embrace the lessons he left them in all their adventures.

He married the love of his life in 2010, and through even their most turbulent times, they honored their love until his last breath. They spent their 17 years together exploring and adventuring to hockey games, concerts, Notre Dame, and every good restaurant in between. Ryan and Sarah built a love that founded the intertwining lives of a beautiful family.

Left to carry on his legacy are his daughters Madelynn and Laura, his stepchildren Riley and Ashley Carman, and his biggest fan Sarah (Gospodarek) Nadolny. He is survived by his parents John and Sue (Vollmar) Nadolny, his brother John (Tabatha), as well his three nieces, brother- in-law Shawn Wingate, and grandmother Rita (Yager) Nadolny. Preceding him in death was his beloved sister Kellyn (Nadolny) Wingate, and grandparents John and Sally Vollmar and Clement Nadolny. He also leaves behind countless loving friends and treasured canine companions Bauer and Winnie.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Rd Toledo (419-392-9500) where a service will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral Home.
