In Memory Of
Randall Allan Orth
1957 - 2023

Randall Allan Orth, age 65, of Northwood, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 2, 2023, in Strongsville, Ohio, where he was surrounded by his beloved family.

He resided in Toledo, Ohio, and graduated from Woodward High School, class of 1975. Randall went on to work as a Warehouse Overseer at NFO Research for 30 years.

In 1978, Randall married the love of his life, Tammy (Yarick). Randall and Tammy have two daughters. In 44 years of marriage, their family has grown to include four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, with their ninth great grandchild on the way. His family was his world and it was evident to all. He cherished every minute with them.

Randall was a kind and thoughtful soul and will be missed and remembered by many lives he touched. Friends and family knew him as Randy and he was affectionately called “Stretch” by his beloved Avengers Motorcycle Club, brothers whom he loved dearly. He umpired softball for many years and also loved fishing, camping, playing and watching basketball and riding his motorcycle.

Randall was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd E. and Theresa (Mittenmier) Smith; mother-in-law, Linda (Yarick) Smith and father-in-law, Jack (Joyce) Yarick.

Those left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tammy; daughters, Crystal Bradford and Amy (Joe) Mares; mother, Barbara Orth; siblings, Daniel Orth, Tamela Lynn, and Michelle (Dave) Fehr; grandchildren, Sierranina Tavarez, Greg Tavarez, Kaleb (Faythe) Lodzinski, Edwin Mares and Carlos Jimenez; eight great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, “Chickita”.

The family would like to extend a special heartfelt thanks to his aunt, Marge Powell, who welcomed Randall and Tammy into her home in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received treatment throughout his yearlong battle with cancer.

He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. We take comfort in knowing that he is home with his savior, painless, free, and whole, and we look forward to the great day when we will be united with him once again.

Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Friday, June 9, 2023, from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 11:00 am, at the funeral home. Randall will be laid to rest at Restlawn Memorial Park.
