Sharon L. “Sissy” Knack, age 67, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Ebeid Hospice Residence. She was born on February 19, 1955 to Ronald and Rose Mary (Lorigan) Knack in Toledo. Sissy enjoyed gardening, being in the yard and was an excellent cook. She loved animals especially dogs and mainly cats. Sissy looked forward to playing poker every Sunday with her family. She was an excellent mother, daughter, sister and aunt who loved spending time with her family. Her smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving son, Nicholas Krohn; mother, Rose Mary Knack; sisters, Ann Knack and Pamela Moring; nephews, Jason (Deanna) Moring, and Jordan Smith; great-nephew, Cody Moring; feline companions, Max and Maverick; and many dear friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her cat, Ebony.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church, 3030 Tremainsville Rd., Toledo, OH 43613. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
