Billie Ray Garman, age 82, of Toledo, OH passed away November 7, 2022 at Addison Heights Nursing Home. He was born February 13, 1940 in Logan County, KY to James and Anna (Orange) Garman. Billie served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his sisters, Barbara Shipley and Sandra Trigaux and nieces and nephews.
Billie was laid to rest privately at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
