Norma (Sampsel) Miller, age 91, passed away on October 2, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 16, 1931 in Gibsonburg, Ohio. She was a registered nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital for many years before moving to school nursing with Washington Local Schools. Norma was a very proud Fremont Ross Little Giant. Norma was a sweet, generous, caring person both inside and out, her personality was truly one of a kind. She was an avid reader and loved crossword puzzles. Norma was always involved in her children’s, grandchildren’s, and great-grandchildren’s lives, supporting them in all of their adventures.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Welby and Mabel Sampsel; husband, Glen Miller; and siblings. She is survived by her children, Susan (Tim) Badman, Amy (Rick) Westphal, and Jeff (Tracy) Miller; grandchildren, Wendy (Pat) Measles, Brian (Jill) Golatka, Kori (Carlos) Martins, Alex (Katie) Miller, Haley Miller, and Ashley Wurtz; and 9 great-grandchildren.
