David Lee Rudd, 56 years of age, passed on Monday, September 26, 2022. David was born May 14, 1966 in Toledo, Ohio to Buddy and Ann Rudd.
David attended Maumee City Schools from kindergarten to grade 12. For his higher education, he received a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky Christian College and later obtained a master’s degree in counseling from Heidelberg.
David’s interests included fishing, classic cars, music, art, and most importantly, spending time with his two daughters.
David was a kind, sensitive person who enjoyed helping and caring for others in both his professional and personal life. He had a witty sense of humor and was sure to make others laugh, even at his own expense. Ultimately, he had a great love for the Lord and believed in God’s purpose and plan for his life.
David is survived by his beloved daughters, Amber (Joshua) Heldwein and Jaymee Rudd, his brothers Rick (Terri) Rudd and Jason Rudd, his parents Ann and Buddy Rudd, and his nephews Darren (Allison) Rudd and Brandon (Jamie) Rudd and both of their families.
