Michael James Faust age 58, of Toledo passed away peacefully November 14, 2021 at Ebeid Hospice Mike was born December 27, 1962 in Toledo, Ohio.
Mike was an avid animal lover and put those talents to use when he was given the opportunity to work at Countryside Animal Hospital by Dr.Paul Pifer and Dr. David Drake many years ago. Mike’s kindness and dedication to his work will be remembered by family, friends, (including the four legged type) pet owners, and his coworkers. He was his happiest when he could go to work every day with Zoey his canine companion by his side. He loved sports of all types and was a news junkie.
In addition to his parents, Mike was also preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Barbara (Rhodus) Faust. He is survived by his son, Hunter Clapper, brother, Brad Faust, sister Sheri Schober (Rob Sumey) nephew, Douglas Schober, niece Nicole Rupert (Mark) and his Countryside Family past and present who gave him so much joy during his 21 years of work. Special thanks to his dear friends, Kristy Zander Binkowski (Chris) and Bob Moore who were not only dear friends, but were like family.
Friends and family are invited to visit on Thursday December 2, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home on Laskey Rd from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
