Sharon L. Vogelsang, age 82, of Toledo, passed away September 10, 2021 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Sharon was born March 21, 1939 in Toledo, Ohio. Sharon taught for many years in public education and she was employed as a Special Education Teacher with Arlington Elementary for more than 20 years before retiring.

In addition to her parents, Sharon was also preceded in death by her loving husband, James Vogelsang. She is survived by her step-son, Eric (Sharon) Mack; aunt, Mary Ann Kuefer and cousin, Cathy Thidodeau.

The family will receive guests Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
