Carol A. Wandersee, age 82, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at home surrounded by loving family. She was born on January 24, 1939 to Louis and Janet (Booth) Burgard in Erie, Michigan. Carol worked at Champion Spark Plug for 24 years. She use to participate in bowling leagues throughout the years and was an avid card player; especially euchre (Terry). Carol was very devoted to her family and friends. She looked forward to spending time with them most importantly her granddaughter, Gabrielle. Carol’s smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenny Wandersee; former spouse, Carl Wandersee. Left to cherish Carol’s memory are her loving daughters, Renee Wandersee and Jonee’ Wandersee; beloved granddaughter, Gabby Wandersee; her baby, Livy; special family, Mike (Becky), Karl and Kelly Wandersee.
There will be no visitation or services per Carol’s wishes. Inurnment will be private at Toledo Memorial Park. Newcomer Funeral Home – West Sylvania Chapel (419-392-9500) assisted the family with professional services.
