Margery Kay Belsole
1950 - 2020

Margery Kay Hill Belsole passed away on Tuesday November 17th, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital, Erie, PA with her children and sister by her side. She was born on July 16th, 1950 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Ivan and Betty Hill. She was a resident of the Warren Manor, Warren, PA for the past 11 months but called Toledo, OH home for most of her life.

Margie is survived by her sister Linda Bartholomew of Warren, PA, her children Sherrie Bartholomew Flannery (Shane) of Warren, PA, Kristie Belsole Martin (John) of Temperance, MI, Kevin Belsole (Norma) of Brownsville, TX, Matthew Belsole (Emmy) of Austin, TX, her niece Gail Bartholomew Hopshire (John) and family of League City, TX and her grandchildren; Caitlin, Aidan, and Madelyn Flannery; Rylee and Brody Martin; Ivan Delgado, Mackenzie, Chloe and Cameron Belsole; and her newest grandchild Enzo Belsole whom she had the joy of meeting in August.

One of Margie’s greatest accomplishments in addition to her family was working as a nurse after high school and going back to college to earn her degree in psychology from the University of Toledo. She overcame many health obstacles to celebrate her 70th birthday this July.

Margie will be remembered as a smart, kind, and fun-loving sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She enjoyed a good laugh and loved music, reading, books on tape, attending concerts, musicals and online shopping. If there was a new gadget on QVC, Margie had it. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with family and looking forward to trips and visits.

A private service will be held on Friday November 20th at the Newcomer Funeral Home in Toledo, OH with Pastor Jeffrey Ewing of First Lutheran Church, Warren, PA officiating. Burial will be in the Toledo Memorial Park.

The family suggests random acts of kindness be done in memory of Margie or donations to a charity of choice, as well as prayers for those living with illness and in isolation during this pandemic.
