Ivonne Delsocrro Cooper was born June 3, 1962 in Managua, Nicaragua. She was born to Pedro Ernesto Campos Lopez and the late Marquezsa (Romero) Shavez. Ivonne moved to the United States during the Nicaraguan Revolution at the age of 18 to assist a family friend. Eventually she was able to bring her family to the United States to reside in Toledo, Ohio.

Ivonnne was resilient with a sweet spirit and great sense of humor. She lived life to the fullest, never missing an opportunity to go shopping for shoes, enjoying the latest thriller movie, cooking her family tradition delicacies or dancing disco. She appreciated the outdoors observing God's creation wherever she went and planting in her flower garden. Family was most important to Ivonne. She cherished time spent with her sons and teaching them family traditions and Spanish.

Ivonne Delsocorro Cooper, age 58 of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 4, 2020. In addition to her mother, Marquezsa Shavez, she is preceded by brother Pedro Ernesto Campos Shavez; and former husband and father of Kevin: Dennis Cooper.

To cherish Ivonne's memory, she leaves two sons: James Cooper and Kevin W. Cooper; her father, Pedro Ernesto Campos Lopez; five siblings: Keyla (Mario Flores) Campos, Jose' (Jessica Roca) Campos, Sergio (Yudelka) Campos, Stell Colasante and Saul Campos; and father of James: Wayne You.
