Teresa M. Stremmel, age 55, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 4, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 21, 1964 to Joe and Charlene (Fair) Tesznar in Toledo. Teresa graduated from Rogers High School in 1982. She worked at Snows Woodshop for 25 years, which was her second family. Teresa loved gardening, cooking, sunbathing by her pool, and entertaining family and friends with her famous “summer beer.” She enjoyed the company and food of Pat and Dandy’s Bar and Grill. Teresa never met a stranger who she couldn’t befriend. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her caring nature, sense of humor, smile and spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Todd Stremmel; children, Jessica (Todd) Draper, Chad (Tara) Burgess and Amber (Zeke) Stremmel; grandchildren, Xavier, Raelynn, Leila, Liam, Jordan and Ethan; father, Joe (Cindy) Tesznar; sisters, Barb Veronica and Sandy Harsh; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mom, Charlene Kachelek.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer – West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Rd., Toledo, Ohio 43617 (419-392-9500). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.

Those wishing to make memorial contributions in honor of Teresa are asked to consider the American Cancer Society, Toledo Chapter.
