Donesha Renee "NeNe" Hayes, age 28, passed away on Thursday evening, November 21, 2019 at the Emergency Room at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born on February 23, 1991 to Donnie Lee Hayes and Jacqueline Renee Lee in Toledo. NeNe attended Woodward High School and most recently worked at T.J. Maxx on Alexis Road. NeNe loved her daughter, Christianna; she loved music, dancing, cooking, playing dominos, dice and cards, rap battling, fishing, having a good laugh and infectious smile. Above everything, she loved her family greatly and was protective over them.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents; precious daughter, Christianna "PooPoo" Hayes-Maddox; siblings, Donnie Hayes, Darnell Hayes and Donetta Hayes; many other relatives, cousins and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ossie and Ruby Hayes and Gloria Lee.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 4207 W. Laskey Rd. from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., with her Funeral Service starting at 10:00 a.m. in the church, Pastor Duke Crawford officiating. Interment will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
