Kathern V. "Kathy" LeBowsky, age 69, of Toledo, passed away August 17, 2019 at University of Toledo Medical Center. Kathy was born August 30, 1949 in Mountain City, Tennessee to Howard and Maude (Heaton) Horne. She owned a house cleaning service for many years before her retirement. Kathy loved country music, football, bowling, watching TV, Coke, Cheetos and Bottle Caps.

She is survived by her children, Dawn M. (Derrick) Martz, Tracy L. (Terry) Cahoo, Michael D. (Laura)LeBowsky, Sheri D. Caddarette; brother, John (Mary) Horn; sister, Eva (Calvin) Croley; nine grandchildren, Danielle, Amber, Gage, Kayla, Blade, Logan, Chloe, Brady; four great grandchildren, Carter, Ryleigh, August and Quinn.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Joseph; husband, Paul LeBowsky and four siblings.

The family will receive guests Friday, August 23, 2019 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 12:00 pm. at the funeral home followed by burial in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Downs Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo in Kathy's memory; in honor of her great granddaughter, Quinn.
