Keith T. Doty, age 78, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Friday, August 9, 2019 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 26, 1941 to Roy and Mable Doty in Carmichael, Pennsylvania. Keith retired from Toledo Fence and Supply after 37 years of dedicated and loyal employment. He was a member of Local 55 for many years. Keith enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He was a diehard fan of the Dallas Cowboys, The Ohio State Buckeyes and New York Yankees. Keith loved spending time with his family, watching his grandchildren’s extra-curricular events and being a jack of all trades. His smile and spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Scott Doty; and several siblings. Keith is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 55 years, Sue Doty; beloved son, Michael Sr. (Rowena) Doty; son, Richard Doty; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Kris), Augie, Dustin (Elisabeth), Steven (Tia), Derek, Brittney, Kayla, and Michael Jr.; great-grandchildren, Alivia, Evan, Ava and Emerald; dear to his heart, Emma and Easton; several siblings; and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 3 – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer – Southwest Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900) with a Prayer Service & Sharing of Memories at 5:30 p.m. officiated by his brother-in-law, Pastor Norman Hartman, Jr.
