Richard D. Schroeder Jr.
Richard D. Schroeder Jr., age 47 of Toledo passed away Monday, September 23, 2002 morning at his home surrounded by his family. He was born January 19, 1955 to Richard and Janet (Tehan) Schroeder Sr. in Toledo, Ohio. Richard was a Corrections Supervisor employed with C.T.F. He enjoyed playing and coaching softball. Richard was also involved in coaching his son’s baseball teams.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 23 years; Kathy L. (Baird) Schroeder, children; Kimberly and Randy Schroeder, parents; Richard and Janet Schroeder Sr., brother; Roger (Debra) Schroeder, nieces; Jessica, Nicole and Brandee, nephews; Patrick, Cody and Steve.
The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Dennis Lauman. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
