Dennis R. Williams, age 79, of Walbridge, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 22, 2023 T Otterbein of Monclova. He was born on July 12, 1943 to Guy and Jeanne (Blanchet) Williams in Oklahoma City, OK. Dennis enjoyed traveling, camping and reading. He remained very close with his former spouse, Judy as well as her dog, Teddy, who will miss the walks Dennis provided him a couple times a week when he was able. Dennis’ smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Dennis was loved and will be missed by his brother, Gary Williams; step-children, Rob Simon and Dawn Duty; whom he treated as his own; he was known as Papa to his step-grandchildren, Garrett, Gannon, Taylor and Lexi; and great-grandson, Talon; who he loved a great deal, as they loved him.

There will be no visitation or services for Dennis at this time. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.

The family wishes to thank two special caregivers at Otterbein Senior Living in Monclova, Nurse Amanda and caregiver, Jessica, both of which he was fond of and very grateful for their kindness and friendship.
