Jeff has been a longtime resident of the Toledo area, he graduated from Start High School and went on to receive a Bachelor's of Education from the University of Toledo. He met Kelly in 1985 and they went on to marry and share a wonderful life together. As his children were growing up, Jeff was always present for events, big or small. Throughout his career, he worked as an Account Representative for 25 years, afterwards, ran a landscaping company, and also delivered for The Toledo Blade. Jeff was known for his love for Ohio State sports teams, and the Detroit Tigers. He will be remembered for his kindness, dad jokes, and his love for animals. Jeff will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Jeff's family would like to formally thank the staff of the Neuro ICU at Toledo Hospital for their care and kindness in Jeff's time of need. Kelly would also like to commend the kindness of the stranger that called in Jeff's aide on the day of his passing.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio 43614 on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 2-8:00PM. The family requests that visitors wear apparel of different cartoon characters to the visitation.
