Ezra “Shelby Mae” White, age 25, of Toledo, OH, left this earthly realm on Friday, August 5, 2022. Shelby was born June 26, 1997 in Toledo to Mindy (Lindner) Adams and Asa White. She attended Whitmer High School.

As well as Ezra and Shelby, she would also be heard answering to bug, boo, shell, shellbell, EZ, among many others. A free soul since birth, Ezra radiated love for everyone she encountered. An aura surrounded Ezra, allowing her vibe to shine through. Many of her friends would describe her as having a “Beautiful Soul!” Along with an infectious laugh, she had a quirky personality that not all quite understood, but all loved, none the less. Ezra enjoyed going to music festivals, hooping, doing her make-up and listening to music, but especially treasured the time she spent with her many, many friends. Ezra was always down for a road trip, appreciated nature, and cherished all animals. She will infinitely be missed by all who knew her.

Ezra was also preceded in death by her uncle Jonathan “Duke” White. Those left to forever cherish her memory are; her loving mother, Mindy (Jim) Adams; father, Asa White; siblings, Zach (Allison) Lindner, Kaila (Sean) White, Olivia, Madison, and Jasmine; nieces, Snow, Gwen, Milan, Moana, Raya; nephew, Elbert V (Hunkin); uncle, Jason (April) Lindner; aunt, Carrie (Jeff) Many; cousins, Hope (Hunter) Satterfield, Hannah, Cuyler, and Caleb Lindner; great-grandmother Leona Vallade; grandparents, Bob (Sandy) Lindner, and Saundra White; and a host of great uncles, great aunts, cousins and many family and friends.

The family will receive guests Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 10:00 am at the funeral home, with a loving family member, Gerald Jones officiating. Following the service, there will be a luncheon, to be announced at services.
