Stanley Thomas Lisowski, age 71, a longtime resident of Toledo, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at home. He was born January 3, 1950 in Poland to Marion and Wladyslawa "Lottie" (Radwanski) Lisowski. As a young child Stanley moved to the United States with his family in 1960. He grew up in Toledo and graduated from Woodward High School in 1968. After high school Stanley worked at Jeep Chrysler, retiring after 30 years of service.
Stanley was a loving husband, father and grandfather always looking forward to spending time with family and friends sharing memories and laughs. He was also an avid outdoorsman enjoying fishing and golf. Stanley was also active on several bowling leagues throughout the years. He was also known for playing a good game of darts and his dedication as a longtime fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
In addition to his parents, Stanley was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 34 years, Marlene "Marty" (Walters) Lisowski and brother, Joseph Lisowski. He is survived by his sons, Michael Thomas Lisowski and James E. Lisowski; grandsons, Jacob Lisowski and Jared (Madison) Popp; great grandchildren, Riley and Noelle; sister, Barb Zielinski and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private and burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Toledo, Ohio.
