Noradine Lila-Arlene Bailey, age 93, resident of Erie, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on June 6, 1928, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Frank and Florence (Wackley) Stamm.

A graduate of Springfield High School, she had worked as a secretary for many years. A busy bee, she was always keeping busy and caring and providing for her family. Noradine was very friendly; she enjoyed socializing with friends, playing Bunco, and traveling. Family was number one in Noradines eyes; she was a very dependable, loving, and caring mother. Her family and friends will forever miss her compassion, love, and smile.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her four loving daughters, Barbara (Lee) Edington, Beverly (Norman) Gregory, Deborah (James) Bragg, and Jackie Bailey; seven grandchildren, Julia, Kristi, Robert, Jeramy, Bailey, Elyse, and James; two fur babies, Addie and Reese; seven great grandchildren, Ethan, Lila, Keagan, Emma, Kay, Lucy, and Jude.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Bailey; and two sisters, Delores and Charlotte.

Family and friends may visit at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio, 43623, on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 10:00 am - 1:30 pm, where her funeral will take place at 1:30 pm with Pastor Ron Winslow officiating. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
