David E. Fately, age 73, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at his home. He was born on August 28, 1948, to the late David and Margaret Fately.
David had worked at Walgreens in Perrysburg, where he retired after working for 17 years. A love for football, he enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys. David had a love for bowling; he was on numerous leagues, which he would bowl throughout the week. He also enjoyed playing poker. David will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Those left to forever cherish his memory are his two sons, Robert (Carrie) Kanieski and John (Tammy) Fately; three grandchildren, Samantha Fately, Jonathan Fately, and Sierra Gault.
David was preceded in death by his parents, David and Margaret Fately.
