Mary Jane Eckman, age 80, of Toledo, passed away April 25, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born June 11, 1940 in Toledo to Joseph and Jane (Dodge) Wilson. Mary enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and many friends and neighbors.

In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Eckman; and siblings, Raymond and Joseph Wilson. She is survived by her children, Richard Eckman, Donald (Vicki) Eckman, Karen (Nick) Eckman, Kathy (Miguel) Eckman and Deborah (Grame) Stobart; 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; siblings, Patricia (Joe) Rodriguez, Jerry (Joyce) Wilson and Dennis Wilson.

The family will receive guests, Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday, April 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the service, there will be a family celebration welcome to all family and friends at 7213 Dutch Rd., Waterville, OH 43566.
