Melanie L. Kusner, age 40, of Toledo, passed away March 20, 2020. Melanie was born March 17, 1980 in Toledo to Joseph and Sharon (Badas) Kusner. She was employed at McDonald's before becoming ill. Melanie was a member of PTA at Greenwood Elementery School, where her son Bryce attends. She enjoyed reading and spending time with Bryce.
In addition to her mother, Melanie was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence Badas, Joseph and Laura Kusner; aunts, Cheryl Case and Peggy Bunner and uncle, Paul Badas. She is survived by her father, Joseph M. Kusner, significant other, Vinson Schultz, son, Bryce Schultz, sister, Kristine A. Kusner, niece, Kaylee Trojacek; grandmother Delores Badas; aunts, Shirley Asbury, Sharon Baker, Michelle (Erik) Fretz; uncles, Jim Badas and Mike (Carolyn) Badas and many cousins.
In accordance with Melanie's wishes there will be no visitation and a Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for Bryce.
