Judith A. Campbell, age 75, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 1, 1944 and was born to Grace (Perdieu) Hagan and Lowell Obermeyer.

Judith enjoyed playing cards, crossword puzzles, and watching NASCAR. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and was known to be a sports enthusiast, always enjoying a good sports game. Judith enjoyed going to the mountains in Tennessee with her family. She loved being around family every chance she had.

Left to cherish Judith’s memory are her children, Jeff (Lori) Campbell, Mitchell (Danielle) Campbell, and Tamara (George) Marks; brothers, Daniel (Karen) Ball and Christopher (Maria) Hagan; 10 Grandchildren; and 29 Great Grandchildren.

Judith was proceeded in death by her mother, Grace (Perdieu) Hagan; step-fathers, John Ball, Jr. and Clifford "Bud" Hagan; father, Lowell Obermeyer; son, Todd Campbell; daughter, Kimberly Campbell; grandmother, Gladys Cline; aunt, Ruth Clark; granddaughter, Ashley Campbell; and daughter-in-law, Doris "Dee Dee" Campbell.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to The Susan G. Komen Organization.

Family will be receiving guests from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Road Toledo, Ohio 43623 (419 473 0300). Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
