Wanda L. Vickers, age 63, of Toledo, passed away on Sunday morning, September 16, 2018. She was born on September 29, 1954 to Johnnie and Amelia (Johnson) Duncan in Toledo. Wanda was known as "Pinky" by her 1972 DeVilbiss High School classmates. Wanda was an avid reader, enjoyed listening to Conway Twitty, tending to her flower garden and the simple pleasures in life. Above everything she was a very proud grandma to her six precious grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Danny Vickers; sons, David (Heidi), Jason (Sara), Michael "Shannon" Vickers; daughters by marriage, Heather (Josh) Roberts and Freedom Jo Vickers; grandchildren, Ariel, Ashley, Anna, Riley, Benjamin and Sophia; siblings, Alice (Gerald) Osburn, Christine Celestino and Denise (Jerry) Ruelle; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Vickers and brothers, Ronald, Timmie and Kelvin Duncan.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Her Funeral Service will begin in the funeral home on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
