Anita C. Dotson-Forche, age 48, of Toledo, went to worship the sun one last time on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg with loving family by her side. She was born April 13, 1970 to Dennis and Mary Jo (Ejhinger) Dotson in Toledo. Anita graduated from Rossford High School in 1988. She was a proud and longtime member of Riverview Yacht Club. Anita enjoyed cooking, baking and fun in the sun especially taking tropical vacations. She became a Parrothead the minute she heard Jimmy Buffett music. Anita was an avid Snoopy collector and fan which contributed to her love of all dogs, mainly Beagles. She was a diehard fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Anita will be deeply missed by anyone who knew and loved her.

Anita has left to cherish her memory, her loving companion of 19 years, Dave Forche; devoted mom, Mary Jo Dotson; dad, Denny Dotson; father and mother-in-law, David and Lois Forche; dear friends, Tasha (Todd) Schunk, Lynn (Scott) Braatz and Karen (Mark) Jasinski; 3 beautiful goddaughters, Anna, Madyson and Victoria; and many other family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her canine companions, Cinamon and Buddy.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Newcomer – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with a Celebration of Life beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
