In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Susdorf; siblings, John Miller, Natalie Hamilton, Mary Alice Stewart and Lois Fleck; and granddaughter, Charity Powell. Betty is survived by her loving children, Richard (Jane) Susdorf, John Susdorf, Joseph (Charoline) Susdorf, Diane (Larry) St. John and Tom (Tim Powell) Susdorf; grandchildren, Marcey (John), Kurt (Nicole), Christi (Chad), Joseph, Vincent, Kimberly (Leonard), Stephen (Kate), Nicholas, Catrina, Angie, Mike (Trisha) and Jennifer; 10 great-grandchildren; her furry grandchildren, Lily, Molly and Hazel; and many other family members and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 2 - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer –Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with a Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m. in the evening. A Prayer Service will begin Friday, September 7, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Piux X, 2950 Ilger Ave., Toledo, OH 43606. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Mary Champion for all of her love, care, and compassion given to Betty and her family throughout this difficult time and to Bridge Hospice.
