Marielle L. Dusa, age 27, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 11, 2018. She was born April 19, 1991 to Mark and Kathleen (Brule) Dusa in Toledo. Marielle attended Blessed Sacrament grade school and graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 2009. She was an avid artist, loved the arts and her cat, Stitch. Marielle enjoyed spending time with her family and friends who will deeply miss her.

She was preceded in death by her three paternal grandparents, Joseph and Sandie Dusa; and Ben Slomski; and sister, Krystale Fernandez. Marielle is survived by her loving parents; dad, Mark “Papa” (Jodi) Dusa; mom, Kathy “Mama” (Bill Biekert) Brule; brothers, Stephan (Emily Ash) and Kaden Dusa; grandparents, Kathy Slomski and Nelson (Yvette) Brule; godparents, Maurice (Liane) Loranger; aunts, Brenda (Al) Weis and Lori (Greg) Reihing; uncle, Robb (Laurie) Dusa; and many extended family members and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 3 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
