Gloria Surprise, age 95, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Dolores Crawford and Patricia Surprise; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Melvin Surprise, Sr. and son, Melvin Surprise, Jr. and grandson, Gary W. Crawford.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. with her Memorial Service beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
