Marshall Harris, 72, departed this life on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.

He was born January 7, 1946 to the union of Young and Hattie (Terrell) Harris in Youngstown, Ohio.

He graduated from Rayen High School in Youngstown in 1964. He went to work for various trucking companies, but was employed with Roadway Express now known as Yellow/Roadway. Marshall retired in 2003 after 30 years. He became a Jehovah’s Witness and joined the Kingdom Hall in Maumee. Then he became a Pioneer full time after his retirement. Marshall married Betty Washington in October 1986 and they were parents of a blended family of 5 children.

Marshall is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Betty; sons, Timothy and Richard Harris; step-son, Jonathan Washington; step-daughter, Kellie Watkins; sister, Louise V. (Harold) Pinson; brothers, Wallace and Michael Harris; 8 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Michelle Harris; granddaughter, Ashante Harris; sisters, Dallas Harris and Dorothy White.
The Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 278 Jacobs Road, Hubbard, Ohio.
