Jacque Lyn Haley, age 27, of Sylvania, passed away at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Jacque’s first sunrise was March 1, 1990 and her final sunset was November 30, 2017. She loved spending time with her friends and family, but especially her two daughters. Jacque will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Jacque is survived by her parents, Scott and Connie Haley; daughters, Skyla and Nylah Smith; and their father, Damon Smith; brothers, Wayne (Olivia), Christopher (Jennifer) and Jeffrey Haley; and many family and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Skyler J. Martin.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 2 – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for her daughters in Jacque’s memory.
