Cauline A. Drzewiecki
1931 - 2017

Cauline A. Drzewiecki passed away November 8, 2017. She was born September 1, 1931 to the late Alexander and Hazel Hall in Toledo, Ohio.

Cauline was an artist by nature, painting autumn scenery. She loved spending time with her grandchildren telling vivid stories from long ago with explicit details. In her younger years she worked at Greunke’s Cafeteria as a counter girl and met Tony Curtis, something she was always proud of. Cauline enjoyed going to parks and on country drives, dancing and music.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Diana Spalding-Farthing, David Drzewiecki and Annamarie Darnell; grandchildren, Carolyn Spalding, William Spalding, Richard Darnell, Melissa Peals and Thomas Drzewiecki; great-grandson, Levi Darnell; sister, Jeanetta Small; sister-in-law, Ruth Hall; half-sisters, Sharon Galloway and Patricia Hudik; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Preceding Cauline in death was her loving husband of 42 years, Richard Drzewiecki, who passed away in 1996; brothers, Jerald, Bernard and Allen; half-brothers, Bill, Joseph and Patrick; half-sisters, Cecelia and Margaret Ann; niece, Marilyn Hall; nephews, Carlton Small, Michael Belinda and Ronnie Hall.

The family will be receiving guests Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. with an Auxiliary service starting at 7:00 p.m. provided by The American Legion, Post 553, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419 381 1900).
