Patricia J. “Pat” Mohler, age 87, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Flower Hospital with her daughter, Suzi; sister, Barbara and niece, Lynn by her side. She was born January 5, 1930 to John and Helen Kosmider in Toledo. Pat was an avid gardener and enjoyed working crossword puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Golembiewski; son, Keith Golembiewski; and siblings, Edward, Johnny, Donald, Arthur and Ethel Kosmider. Left to cherish Pat’s memory, her loving children, Sue Ann “Suzi” Mathews, Gary (Cheryl McDonnell) Golembiewski, Edward (Sally) Golembiewski and Mark (Laura) Golembiewski; grandchildren, Jessica, Alex, Ryan, Jason, Kyle and Jenna; great-grandson, Cayden; sister, Barbara Bacome; brother, Michael Kosmider; and many other family members and dear friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4100 Harvest Lane, Toledo, OH. Inurnment at Calvary Cemetery will be Private. Newcomer – Northwest Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
